I might be interested in teaching...

I'm thinking of some laser class for advanced users...

An advanced laser class would be great! All you need to do is pick a date and time and post it over on this thread:

If you have any questions, let me know. You might want to come by the teacher's class tomorrow. Maybe I should call it a teacher's conference instead. I'm thinking of it as a brainstorming session with the freedom to demonstrate ideas on the spot.

See the class schedule at http://nexuiztraining.com

I'll have some teacher's resources posted there next week.

Sorry Mr. Bougo, I didn't think about how the time difference would affect some. I'll consider this in the future.

How long will the course be?

19 minutes! I can't wait! Can you tell us on IRC when the server is up?

All you have to do is think of some techniques or tips that you would like to show to others, then put a little thought into what is the best way to teach a class on that subject.

Typically, you'll talk to the class a little to explain the idea, then get them to watch and/or spec you to see you do it, then you watch and/or spec them to make sure they understand. It's pretty easy actually.

Most of effort is just in the planning. Then set aside an hour or so for the actual class. You don't have to worry too much about the technical aspects of controlling the server and managing the class. Someone will be there to assist with that part of it.

If you check out the demo of IR3uL's class, you'll get a good idea of what it's like to teach a class. You can download it from the training page. See my signature below for the link.
