Hello everyone i have now started a clan and i am getting members that can join in with me if you are either trying to get into other clans or if you are just looking for a new clan to join if you want to join "Hellz Houndz" reply back to me or I am in the chat rooms alot or u can email me on here anyway is fine with me if you are interested tell me u can join and put "^red H and then ^ black or gray H" in front of your name on nexuiz and then maybe ask players that u see and that are not in a clan that you think are good enough for "Hellz Houndz" and talk to me and we can get them in also

You need a vision, mission statement and or a plan. Unless skills bleed off you like water in the rain forest, people won't just magically join your clan and make it good.

As a leader, this is your job. You must organize, explain, understand and repeat.

-z- i have members now but i am going to have to get someone in the clan to make a server i cant make one and dont have someone to make me one but after i get a server i will be able to plan out meeting for the creators (Myself, MooKoo, and Grasshopper) and any others in the clan to plan out fights and other stuff

The Plan or mission is to get good enough and equal the higher clans such as [prea],[m],[o] in skill and size so that my clan is also known, also want to help out beginners in training so that they will be able to beat others not teach them the skillz of [HH] or anything but a few hints here and there and if needed explain the game and stuff

Cormag, your post is nearly unintelligible. I'm not a grammar Nazi, but you've got to use punctuation. From what I understand, your first paragraph states that you want one of your members to keep a server up and you want match organisation to be a clan-wide effort. In your second paragraph, the thing that makes your clan stand out is a desire to be good? It would be better if you specialised in one area, like UMass Dartmouth's engineering or Bridgewater's teaching department. That coupled with skilled members will make you known.

Why don't you make one by yourself? There are maybe 100 players who knows how to setup a server. You can see it as a challenge too. Ask around! In my [M]* times, there was someone who had a server too. After a while, he just disapeared and came back after 3 months or something. The server was down all the time. It's way better to make a server as clanleader then as member IMO. Then you always know if it's up or not and you are the one who decides if the server is up or down.

and i founded the name when me and moo made a channel in IRC's named "Clan Names" and we were just saying random names and i thought of "Hellz Houndz"

If i were to have a clan member make a server it would have to be someone that is known and is on alot either on the IRC's or on here(nexuizninjaz). If they were not on then i would not choose them for the job. Also if they were planning to take a break or something or had messed up arm (DJ~) then i would be able to talk to them before they go. Then I would talk to the clan members to get a different server to play at and such until he or she returns.

Uhm, I was the one with the #nexuiz.clannames channel. Or did you made one later with Moo?
