Nexuiz Ninjaz - Practicing the Ninja Art of Nexuiz

MooKow, with the help of IAMDAOZ, Grasshopper, SGT and an idea from Terminator has developed a new "miniman" map. This one takes place in the kitchen.



MooKow is a well versed in the art of Nexuiz movement and as such, he's presented interesting jump challenges as well as helpful lips, bumps and ledges. While this map is great with hook, MooKow has said he catered towards non-hook play very heavily.

MooKow's attention to detail in this map is magnificent, not only in his Interesting physical layout but in the interactiveness of the map. For me, that's what makes this style map great.

Dying from hitting the knife in the apple or the socket on the wall. Hurting from being in the hot oven, microwave or toaster, swimming in the laundry machine through a cave of clothes and climbing the refrigerator door because it's magnetic are just a few of the wonderful ideas in this map.

I don't want to ruin all the surprises, so why don't you check it out for yourself. Or jump on one of the Nexuiz Ninjaz servers to play (vcall chmap mmkitch).

I uploaded a different copy to the NN map repository with proper BSP versioning so not to conflict with prior revisions of this map (or future revisions). I tried to explain this to Mookow, but he ignored this request and kept the same BSP name. So stubborn, he is :-P

*sigh* DokuJisan: I kept the name the same b/c the latest version didn't have much changed compared to the previous minor release. I wouldn't want the current record-holder to have to re-do his/her whole record :P. (BTW, I'm too lazy to backup and edit the server.db).
