Good start, the background image is sweet. Quick fixes would be to remove the borders from the images on the right and to make some images and align the links in red to the right by another 20 pixels so its against the dark part of the background and easier to read (and make images for those links thats more complementary). I imagine you have these things in mind anyway so I'll let you finish more and I'll check back. There are several people who can help you.
