There has been a little discussion in various threads about a special map designed for teaching. I thought it might be helpful to start a thread specifically for the school map. Please post your ideas here.

I would like to have a central 'hang out' room with hallways to 'classrooms'. I was also considering adding flags so players could time themselves if they'd like. but no added pressure if they'd rather not.

Ahh yes! That's the show that Spike TV (US channel) bought the rights to and "remastered" with parody voice dubs. It's called "MXC" (wiki). Great show, certainly an inspiration to map making :)

Heh. Sounds like this might be fun. I have an actually good idea! How about we get a contest going, and the winner gets his/her training map as the one we use, and with maybe a little prize? After all, a little friendly competition can't hurt too many people, and I'm willing!

Icon_smileIf you have a idea for another trainingroom then made this with gtk radiant(or another radiant) and upload it .Then ill add it into the mainlevel and write your name in the maincredits.
Example: Moo made the ...(training)room
or
-z- made the ...room
etc.
How did you find this idea?
Or maybe you have a better idea...
