Hello all,

I have quite a history with FPS games, and I have been playing Nexuiz for about a month now and have come to love it. It is very much like the game I came from and I seem to have improved my abilities immensely since I began playing. The next logical step in my journey in this game is to join/make a competitive clan in which I can enjoy the true competitiveness of the game. I have applied to an existing clan, [GT], but was turned down. In the process they cited that they did not have much competition so I decided to make a clan of my own.

About me: (Since I know many of you haven't heard of me)

I'm 16, living in Virginia, and am currently a Junior in high school. I'm very competitive when it comes to gaming, and clan warfare is one of my specialties. I've led many a clan in my previous games, and I have the leadership skills required to create an effective clan. My interests lie in sports such as Golf, Baseball, and Basketball (Heh, helps to be 6'4", no?) and in most things involving computers.

Anyways, about the clan I am creating:

Name: Zilla clan.
Tag: [name]+Zilla
Who can join: I am looking for ONLY competitive players such as I. I will not accept the bottom of the line players in order to just whore members. I will not make the clan invite-only, since I'm not very well-known in this community yet, but I hope in the future the clan will be well-known enough that I can make it invite-only.

Requirements for joining:

1. You must be a player of high skill and must have the ability to take orders well. Insubordination in wars/scrims is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
2. You must at least have teamspeak (While a mic is not required) so that orders may be given to you in clan wars/scrims orally and you may hear them. It is inefficient to type, and teamspeak provides an unparalleled edge in gaming. Teamspeak is easy to install if you don't have it yet, and I can guide you through the process if you are interested in joining and don't have teamspeak yet.
3. You must live in North America, for ping problems may arise for players in other continents.
4. You must be fairly active. I would only expect you to play 2-3 times a week. That would be fine by my.

Anyways, I'm quite serious about this, and I've noticed that in order to get a good clan started you need a group of friends or at least two people with enough balls to risk joining a clan that is unknown for now. So, due to this, I will be slightly more lenient now than in the future for players who wish to join. You must still be a good player, or you will be denied.

Very good to hear of a new clan popping up. So far, GT has been the main serious clan in North America. I myself just left a clan that was not very active and I'm going to be forming my own clan very soon. I imagine it will take a little time for you to build some respect on the public servers in order to grab some player's attention to your clan. I have a few players in mind that I regularly play with and whom I plan on asking as soon as I feel I'm ready to move forward with it.

Do you plan on setting up a website? If not, then I believe [-Z-] is willing to host something basic for any clans (of course, I could be wrong about that).
I wish luck to you both and hope to see some steady competition in the months to come.

Dokujisan, you are correct in saying I'm willing to host clans I just need some evidence that said clan is willing to utilize the features. Every new clan is welcome to have a forum and if they utilize it, I will expand to add a section for them in kyoman and the gallery. If they need even more, I can make them a static page hosted on a subdomain *.nexuizninjaz.com

As of now, http://zilla.nexuizninjaz.com redirects to this forum.

p.s. I purchased nexuizclans.com :)
Thanks again, [-z-].

And Dokujisan I wish you good luck as well. I'd like to see both of us create clans that are competitive as well. Nothing is worse than a game without good, healthy competition. ;)

Anyways, I haven't been on much lately (I'm working on a new map, and I have school coming back up) but I'll be sure to get on and try to recruit.

Nice attempt Bull.

A bit of info- I'm forcing Bull to play trem again, so this'll probably die out.

I'll let you talk to Bull 'bout it though.
